I think I understand the point Voddie is trying to make, but he's not addressing a bigger issue.<BR/><BR/>What does a woman do with the gifts God has given her? What if Beth Moore believed she should just lead Bible Studies out of her home? What about the Proverbs 31 woman - taking initiative and working for her family?<BR/><BR/>A Jesus-loving woman comes under the authority of her husband, who is under Christ. Together they pray about what God is calling them both to do for His Kingdom. <BR/><BR/>If Todd Palin were to feel like his wife was just blazing this trail on her own, without his blessing and support, that would be different. <BR/><BR/>Only God knows the hearts and minds of these candidates.
